Services

The Food Pantry is open several times a month. Services are available to:

* Pooler Residents
* Member of a Sponsoring Church
* Scholarship recipient of the
West Chatham YMCA
* Referral by a Pooler physician

The Food Pantry is loacted at the West Chatham YMCA. Go to the Front Desk and ask for "Loaves & Fishes," they will direct you to our loaction.
